Privacy policy

How Sendright Marketing handles information you share when you send an inquiry, email us or schedule a call.

Effective October 14, 2026. Last reviewed October 14, 2026.

Pre-launch review: draft policy This policy is a proposed starting point, not legal advice. Confirm the tools, data practices, retention procedure and applicable requirements with a qualified lawyer before publishing it as final. Then set privacyLegalReviewed to true in src/config/site.ts to remove these notes.

Pre-launch review: hostingNetlify is the preferred hosting provider but isn’t confirmed. Once the site is deployed, set hosting.confirmed to true in src/config/site.ts (or change hosting.name if you choose another host).

Fonts on this site are served from our own domain, so loading a page doesn’t contact a font service. The exception is the Bank of America portfolio emails on the case-study page: they load their images from images.em.bankofamerica.com and their brand font from rg.ml.com, exactly as the original emails do, so your browser contacts those servers when a preview is shown. If we add any tool marked “Not in use”, this policy will be updated first, along with any consent or opt-out controls the law requires.

Information we collect

When you send an inquiry, email us or book a call, you may provide your name, work email address, company or agency name, the type of project, a description of your needs, appointment details and anything else you choose to include. Our email provider stores correspondence. Calendly processes the information you enter when scheduling.

The project inquiry form doesn’t send anything from this website. When you submit it, your browser opens your own email app with your inquiry filled in, and nothing is transmitted until you send that email yourself. The form’s fields are checked in your browser and aren’t stored by this site.

Our website hosting provider may automatically process technical information needed to deliver the site, such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and security logs.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to requests, arrange and hold consultations, prepare proposals, discuss or provide services, maintain security and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. We don’t send newsletters. If that changes, we’ll only send one to people who separately opt in.

Who receives it

Calendly processes online bookings. Zoho Mail handles email. Our website hosting provider processes technical site traffic. These providers handle data to deliver their services and are subject to their own privacy notices and agreements.

We may also disclose information if required by law or if reasonably necessary to protect the business or others.

Cookies and tracking

Sendright doesn’t place analytics or advertising cookies on this site, and the site doesn’t embed third-party schedulers or trackers. Calendly opens on its own website and uses cookies under its own policy. The site doesn’t use browser storage either. Your browser settings can restrict cookies.

Legal reviewConsent and opt-out requirements depend on the laws that apply to each visitor, including possible EU, UK and U.S. state requirements.

How long we keep it

Our planned practice is to review inquiries that didn’t become projects, and their related booking messages, after 24 months without meaningful contact, and delete them when they’re no longer needed. Client records, billing details, disputes and information required by law may be kept longer. Third-party providers may keep separate records under their own schedules.

Legal reviewRetention requirements and exceptions vary by location and record type. The 24-month practice must actually be in place before this statement is relied on.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you’ve provided by emailing contact@sendrightmarketing.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep certain information where the law requires it.

Legal reviewAdditional access, deletion, opt-out, appeal and response-time rights may apply under visitors’ local laws.

International visitors

Sendright is based in Utah, United States, and its service providers may process information in other locations.

Legal reviewCross-border transfer requirements and visitor rights may apply, especially for visitors in the EU or UK.

Children’s privacy

Our services are for businesses and aren’t directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update this page when our services, providers or practices change, and the effective date above will change with it.
